Vicki and I want to thank ML and the staff for helping us build our new. The contractors were all very experienced and professional. The budget that was developed at the beginning, was sufficient and accurate, especially for the basic construction components. We were able to negotiate with the contractors and in the end, stayed within the projected budget. Our custom design had never been built before and the contractors were very helpful in working thru the details. We are not -builders but with ML and Owner Builder Network's help and some research, we were able to make our a reality. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and with the satisfaction gained from overseeing the project ourselves. If you can put in the work, about 8-10 hours per week for us, we highly recommend building thru OBN and in hind-sight, would definitely do it again.
