Zach & Erin Taylor are an amazing couple! They also were able to build their home quickly just like Zach's parents, but they added to the mix chasing kiddos around! They did a great job and are now enjoying the fruits of their labor. Zach really wanted to finish out a bonus area upstairs, but with budget constraints, it didn't fit into the Job Cost Estimate. However, with careful management of the budget, they were able to finish that space upstairs and now their kiddos have their own special play area upstairs that can grow and change with them through the years. It is our privilege at Owner Builder Network to walk alongside families as they build homes where they can watch their families grow through the years!
