We recently visited with the Williams family who built with Owner Builder Network in Mansfield, TX. They did a great job! Their home is beautiful and we are excited to share it with you! Vivien is an interior designer by trade and it really shows! In talking with Cornell and Vivien, they were happy to have found Owner Builder Network to help them with their build. They used OBN subs to help them accomplish their goals and boy did our subs do a fabulous job. They are very happy with their energy bills too. They followed OBN energy efficient recommendations (that don't break the bank) and have noted that this much bigger home with a pool has about the same energy consumption of their previously smaller home and no pool!

You will notice that their exterior has cast stone, stucco, marble, and stone masonry – many parts and pieces that have to come together. The interior is very complicated as well – Cornell and Vivien, with the help of Owner Builder Network managed this entire project from start to finish. They did a beautiful job. Who says you have to have a builder to build your dream home...Not Vivien and Cornell!
